𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 — 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁. This week, WorkJoy 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Axcel Partners came together with SIMGE (SIM Global Education) to officially sign an 𝗠𝗢𝗨 — marking a major step forward in bridging education and industry. At its heart, this partnership is about creating 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 for students to experience the world of work before they enter it. Together, we’re designing initiatives that give every learner a head start through: 🎓 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀 – from workshops to internships and graduate pathways. 🚀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 – structured rotations and mentorship for leadership growth. 💡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – solving real business challenges with industry partners. 💬 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 – building communication, confidence, and employability skills.
