Novae is hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer.   Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leadership role will help shape the next phase of growth for one of North America’s largest trailer manufacturers.   We’re looking for a hands-on HR leader with experience building scalable organizations in complex manufacturing environments.
