Twenty-five years ago, the Norwegian Ministry of Energy brought the country’s gas infrastructure into state ownership, creating Gassco AS: a single, efficient gas transportation system to serve the European market. Today, energy security matters more than ever. Geopolitical shocks, market volatility and peaks and troughs in the supply of renewables make this resilient gas infrastructure critical to economic stability – and to keeping Europe’s lights on. We’re proud to have supported Gassco with project delivery solutions for over 10 years. Since 2022, we’ve delivered front-end engineering design and engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) scopes in order to maintain and upgrade facilities at five of their gas-receiving terminals in Belgium, France, Germany and the UK.
