We are thrilled to have acted as Joint Bookrunner on the ROBYG IPO, supporting TAG Immobilien AG and its subsidiary ROBYG throughout the transaction, valued at approximately EUR 275m – this stands out as one of the largest European real estate IPOs completed so far in 2026. This is WOOD & Co.’s second IPO and third ECM deal in Poland this year, highlighting the scale of our operations. ROBYG S.A. ranks among the top residential developers in Poland, backed by more than two decades of experience in delivering high-quality housing projects. The company has played a key role in shaping modern urban living and today operates across six major Polish cities, with a particularly strong presence in Warsaw and the Gdansk/Gdynia/Sopot area – two of the country’s most attractive residential markets. Our sincere congratulations to Claudia Hoy, Martin Thiel, Oscar Kazanelson, eyal keltsh, Marta Hejak, Artur Ceglarz, Filip Cackowski, Christian Schlueter Georg Gall and all other parties committed to successfully bringing this transaction to market!
