A triple-negative breast cancer survivor, she channeled her personal experience into action by founding the Mignone Women’s Health Collaborative at NYU Langone Health, a $50 million initiative delivering holistic, integrated care for women. Driven by the conviction that informed patients are empowered patients, Allison champions research, innovation, and community engagement to close longstanding gaps in women’s health. Her commitment to education and science extends beyond medicine: she is the force behind the Allison and Roberto Mignone Halls of Gems and Minerals at the American Museum of Natural History and the Mignone Center for Career Success at Harvard University. A former Managing Director at Lone Pine Capital, Allison holds both an AB and an MBA from Harvard.
