In 2025, she founded the Healthcare & Innovation Women's Leadership Network: an invite-only initiative bringing together senior women from the NHS, industry and academia to drive collective advocacy for women’s health. She hosts the podcast Women Leaders: Tales, Trails and Truths with guests including Sue Mann, NHS England’s National Clinical Director for Women’s Health, and Dr Penny Kechagioglou, Consultant Oncologist and Chief Clinical Information Officer at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. She has published her work on innovation and leadership and earned an Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Change from Warwick Business School, with distinction. Penny will be moderating our closing panel, “The Future of Women’s Health: Where Do We Go Next?” bringing together leaders from across healthcare, policy, and industry to define the priorities that will shape women’s health over the next decade.
