Melindah Sharma is a Managing Director at Manatt Health, where she focuses on commercialization, and supply chain across the life sciences ecosystem. With more than 25 years as a global healthcare executive, she has built and scaled capabilities across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, and care delivery, from early-stage companies to large-cap organizations. Her leadership spans R&D, commercialization, supply chain, finance, and enterprise transformation, consistently improving execution and unlocking value across complex, multi-billion-dollar portfolios. Melindah has delivered measurable impact, including driving 45–66% increases in shareholder value through operational and portfolio optimization. At Johnson & Johnson, she established enterprise-wide capital and portfolio management capabilities; at Sanofi, she helped shape global regulatory strategy; and at Genpact, she led life sciences strategy and knowledge management. She is an advisor to a range of healthcare and venture-backed organizations, including Arcade Therapeutics and Innerstill, and serves on leadership and advisory groups such as Women's Health Access Matters (WHAM) and the Catalytic Impact Foundation.
