Two years ago, people were asking whether IF needed to learn AI. Today, they're asking HOW to help their teams learn AI. That shift was one of the biggest takeaways from moderating the Women in AI Breakfast Panel at The AI Rabbit Hole 2026 hosted by MadHats AI. As we followed the white rabbit down the AI rabbit hole, leaders from venture capital, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and consumer technology kept returning to the same themes: ā™£ļø Trust must exist at every layer of AI. ā™„ļø Enterprise AI success requires both technology and people strategy. šŸ› Moving from prototype to production is harder than most organizations expect. šŸ«– More people should have a voice in determining what AI becomes. What surprised me most was how little time we spent discussing frontier models themselves. Instead, the conversation focused on implementation, governance, operational readiness, workflow integration, and how organizations can generate meaningful business value from AI. The industry spent the last few years focused on AI capability. The next phase will be defined by AI adoption. A huge thank you to Marina Davidova, Anastasia Zemskova, Shub Shrivastava, and Meg McWilliams for sharing their perspectives as Jenny Kay Pollock moderated, and to MadHats AI for creating a space for thoughtful conversations about what happens after the breakthrough. Full recap link in the comments! šŸ‡ What is one thing you learned about AI this year?
