Hello! I’m Caroline Wouters 👋 Chief Brand & Communications Officer at Wolters Kluwer and very excited to follow in Maria Joao Montenegro's footsteps with this month’s LinkedIn takeover. The photo is from earlier this week in Berlin, together with Maria and the Executive Leadership Team. A moment of connection after a series of energizing discussions. What I always take away from these moments is how much we shape the future together. I joined Wolters Kluwer in 1988 and have had the privilege of seeing - and contributing to - its transformation over decades. What has always stood out to me is how collaboration truly creates value. Along the way, it builds something less tangible, but just as important: shared culture, curiosity, and the willingness to keep learning. In the coming weeks, I’ll reflect on how we’ve evolved as a company and what it takes to remain future-ready. Having lived through much of that journey myself, I’m particularly interested in what endures, and what continues to change. I’ll also use this takeover to highlight something close to my heart: inclusive leadership. As executive sponsor of our Pride Network, I’ve seen how allyship, when put into action, can make a real difference. 🌈 Mid-month, we’ll be sharing a panel on allyship and pride at Wolters Kluwer, and I’ll be in conversation with Michiel Kolman 🏳️🌈 (a champion of Pride at Relx), who has inspired me over the years. And one more personal note: outside of Wolters Kluwer, I recently became chair of a new initiative at International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA), supporting the global community of documentary storytellers. I’ll be sharing a few of the documentaries I plan to watch this month, stories that connect us, and perhaps offer new perspectives. If any of these themes resonate with you, I’d love for you to follow along and join the conversation. #WoltersKluwer #LinkedInTakeover #Pride #Value #IDFA
