🌟 𝐈𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝: 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 🌟 With this year’s 𝐈𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, we celebrated colleagues who truly make a difference every day – through dedication, team spirit, and small but powerful gestures that brighten our workplace. The winners have now been selected and honored in a festive ceremony 🎉 The Ice & Shine Award recognizes people who stand out through exceptional commitment, genuine appreciation for others, and thoughtful actions that inspire colleagues across teams and locations. The goal: to make lived appreciation visible and to sustainably strengthen positive behavior. In order to select winners colleagues were able to nominate each other for the award. 🏆 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 The award ceremony took place in the Ice & Shine Coffee Bar which was set up during December at our Geislingen site. Our General Managers and HR VPs honored the winners in person. In total, 12 colleagues from different legal entities and locations were recognized for their outstanding dedication. The Ice & Shine Award shows how powerful appreciation can be – and how small gestures can create a big impact.
