🌍 International Women’s Day 2026 – Give to Gain 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 – 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰? That’s the question we are asking this year as we mark 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 at our German locations under the motto #GiveToGain. The idea behind it is simple: 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞. In our daily work, it’s often the small moments that make the biggest difference. A piece of advice that shifts someone’s perspective. A moment of support that builds confidence. An experience shared at just the right time. When we give our knowledge, time or encouragement, we help others grow — and very often, we grow with them. That’s why #GiveToGain 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭. To bring this idea to life, we are sharing small 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 across our German sites. 🌱 A simple symbol that what we give today — knowledge, trust or opportunity — can grow over time in others and in ourselves.
