Recently, we welcomed a group of students from Queen Mary University of London into our London office as part of the Pathfinder programme, delivered in partnership with Wiseup Networks.   The initiative is designed to give young people valuable exposure to the workplace, helping them build awareness of potential career paths and gain insight into industries they may not otherwise encounter.   During their visit, students had the opportunity to: - Spend time in a professional environment alongside volunteer mentors from With Intelligence. - Meet teams from across the business and learn more about what we do. - Explore different roles, career journeys and opportunities within our industry.   While simple in format, programmes like Pathfinder can have a meaningful impact. They help bridge the gap between education and employment, broaden career horizons and give young people the confidence to imagine themselves in professional environments.   For us, it's also an important way to give back to the community, support social mobility and showcase the people, culture and expertise that make With Intelligence what it is.   A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and helped make the day such a success.
