Old Ways. Be good, compliant, don't rock the boat too much, work hard, fit in, be likeable, be safe, do it all to have it all. New way. Be you, do what you want to do , rock boats and create ripples, speak up, have boundaries and hold them, find safety with others, choose wisely and be free. We are living through a unique time in history. The old rules to "succed" in life are being exposed and even older wisdom is awakening in all of us. The old rules were orchestrated over centuries to promote success for the few at the expense of the many. Now we collectively align to create a shift. It will take lots of deep breaths because change is an act of courage but you are not alone. What would it be like for you to show up everyday in your brilliance? What would be possible for you if you spoke up, held boundaries, collaborated, and lived bravely and with support? It is available to all of us. What if the most courageous act you can do today is to simply say yes to the new?
