We held an incredible leadership circle on Thursday and have been receiving updates on its impact every day since. All members came a little weathered by life's challenges. Some almost didn't arrive. But once we gathered and shared how we were arriving, everything shifted. We created a space where each member could simply be, without judgement, performance or pressure. And as we led the group through some skills and tools, everything shifted and recovery emerged and hope restored. The session seemed to evolve around trees, deep roots, strong core, and seasons.
