We’re redefining leadership - starting with a vision that doesn’t cost us our wellbeing or our values. I’ve just returned from two weeks off over Easter, where I focused on mothering - both to my daughter and to myself. Because I need joy in my life too. That space gave me clarity. Burnout is not a badge of honour. It’s the cost of leadership models that were never designed with our wholeness in mind. Health and happiness aren’t optional extras - they are essential foundations for how we lead, live, and show up. And from that clarity, something new is taking shape. In May, we are launching Unapologetic: Be Empowered & Equipped - a women’s peer support group for those ready to lead differently. Women who want to reconnect with their worth, prioritise their wellbeing, and step into leadership without leaving themselves behind. This is a space we will shape together. Through 1–1 conversations, we’ll build the experience around what truly matters to you - your needs, your challenges, your vision. We’ll meet every four weeks for honest conversation, shared wisdom, and practical tools to support this next chapter. Because leadership doesn’t have to come at a cost.
