City Golf Club in Toowoomba runs gaming, food and beverage, a motel, mini golf and a kids' play zone. When their long-time reconciliation lead left, GM Andrew Hinton saw the problem clearly: too much operational knowledge had been sitting with individuals, not built into systems. Their response was a full finance rebuild — Xero, Lightyear, Tanda and Wirely integrated end-to-end.
