It was mindblowing to see how a chemist by training and PhD in Neurobiology runs a company with 500.000 (!) employees. Not surprisingly, culture is key. Much to Constantin Schwaab's surprise, the tech founders could learn a lot about innovation from the leader of a company that covers every geography on planet earth. Often, it’s just humbling having the privilege to get access to this kind of knowledge.
