Meet the finalists of the 2026 WIPO IP Moot Court Competition ⚖️ Eight university teams have earned a place in the final round in Geneva, selected from 215 teams across 50 countries. Having distinguished themselves through exceptional argumentation, legal reasoning, and advocacy across both the written submissions and the virtual oral rounds, the finalists represent institutions from Estonia, India, Nigeria, the Republic of Korea, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This year's competition centers on a fictional dispute between two rival drone companies, challenging students to navigate complex questions of patent validity and infringement, trademark protection, trade secrets, and cross-border enforcement. The final rounds take place at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, from June 24-26, 2026. Swipe through the cards to meet the finalists.
