📌 Position- Operation Manager (1) Post 💰 Salary & Benefit- 10 Lakhs (Negotiable) * Performance Incentive * Transportation Allowance * Phone Allowance 📍 Work Location – ကျောက်မြောင်း၊ တာမွေ 📌 Position- Operation Manager (1) Post Key Responsibilities * Store များ၏ နေ့စဉ် Operation များကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်စီမံရမည်။ * Opening / Closing Process များနှင့် SOP များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လိုက်နာစေရန် စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။ * Sales Performance ကို နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် သုံးသပ်ပြီး အရောင်းတိုးတက်ရေး အစီအစဉ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ * Promotion Campaign များ၊ Upselling နှင့် Cross-selling Activities များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရမည်။ * Stock Level ကို စောင့်ကြည့်၍ Stock Out၊ Damage နှင့် Expiry Loss များ လျော့နည်းစေရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။ * Stock Count၊ Cycle Count နှင့် Inventory Accuracy ကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။ * Store Manager၊ Supervisor နှင့် Staff များကို ဦးဆောင်၍ Training နှင့် Coaching ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။ * Duty Roster၊ Shift Schedule နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။ * Customer Complaint များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပြီး Customer Satisfaction တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ * Daily Sales Report၊ Cash Control နှင့် Operating Expenses များကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးရမည်။ * Supplier များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်၍ Purchase Order နှင့် Supplier Performance များကို စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။ Requirements * Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Business Administration, Management သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ် ဦးစားပေး) * MBA ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။ * Retail၊ Convenience Store၊ Mini Mart သို့မဟုတ် Supermarket လုပ်ငန်းတွင် Operations Management အတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ * Multi-Branch Operation ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။ * Microsoft Excel၊ Word၊ POS System နှင့် Retail Software များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ * Leadership Skill၊ Problem Solving Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ 🕙 Working Hours – မနက် (၁၀:၀၀) နာရီမှ ညနေ (၆:၃၀) နာရီအထိ 🗓️ Off Fay - တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့ နှင့် အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်များ 📩 Apply CV : [email protected]
