Paper also needs to deliver the barrier performance, sealing strength and production efficiency required in real industrial environments. Together with Henkel Adhesive Technologies, W&H is showing how this can work: by applying functional coatings inline during printing, paper-based packaging can gain the performance properties needed for demanding food and non-food applications. The result is a recyclable paper-based solution that moves beyond concept, validated for real-world production and downstream processing.
