🌍 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 At the Handelsblatt conference Wirtschaftsfaktor Wasser 2026, representatives from business, science and politics came together to discuss the growing importance of water for the economy. As a partner of the conference, Wilo actively contributed to this important dialogue. 🤝 The discussions made one thing very clear: water is becoming a defining factor for resilience, competitiveness and sustainable growth. At the same time, the challenges are no longer abstract. From water scarcity to extreme weather events, their impact is already being felt across industries, infrastructure and communities. Addressing them requires a holistic approach that brings together technology, infrastructure and policy. 💧 As part of the programme, the panel discussion “Water Stress in Industrial Practice” explored the implications of water stress for industrial processes and value chains. Peter Glauner, Wilo’s CEO & CSO Europe, joined Dorothee Brakmann (Pharma Deutschland), Sebastian Guckelberger (Siemens) and Aurélie Wojciechowski (Evonik) to discuss strategic responses to these challenges and the role of innovation in building long-term resilience. 🏭 At Wilo, we combine our expertise in water technology with the possibilities of artificial intelligence.
