Last week at VivaTech 2026 in Paris, our team joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management on stage to talk about something we have been building together on Métal 57: the shift from the smart building to the conversational building. The digital twin alone is not the point. What matters is what a building can do once its data is structured, contextualized, and connected to operations. That is when AI stops being a concept and becomes a daily tool for the people who run the building. We walked through two live use cases on Métal 57, one on occupant comfort and one on energy, both running on real building data. Both point to the same shift: the Augmented Property Manager. Someone who sits at the intelligence hub between a building's raw data and the value delivered to owners, managers, and occupants, moving faster on every decision. The thesis we put on stage: AI only creates value in real estate when it sits on building data that is properly structured and kept in quality. Structuring that data used to be the hard, manual part. Willow has automated it, from ingestion to semantic structuring. Not a feature bolted on, but intelligence embedded into how buildings are run every day, open to asset managers, property managers, facilities managers, and tenants alike. Thank you to Grégoire Tripon, Adrien Caussanel, Ignacio Gil Urrutia, and Rick Szcodronski for representing both teams, and to BNP Paribas Real Estate for being a genuine partner in making this real. #VivaTech2026 #OperationalAI #BuiltWorld
