🚀 DealLoop is hiring engineers (Junior → Mid → Senior / Principal). Fully remote (US). Most AI startups are a system prompt, a prayer, and twelve months of runway. They ship a duct-taped demo of “vibes,” call it a product, then hire engineers to figure out why it’s on fire. The architecture is “whatever worked in the hackathon.” The tests are “we click around before pushing to prod.” The on-call rotation is “whoever’s awake when Slack explodes.” You could inherit that. Or you could come build something real — and never write another try/catch block around someone else’s API. — DealLoop is an engineering-first AI company building a Meeting Intelligence Platform — a real-time war room for every call. Multiple AI agents cross-reference what’s being said, surface critical context, and deliver real-time conversation analysis. Guidance lands in the moment, not in a recap you’ll never read. We design and operate production systems and infrastructure. We care deeply about correctness, latency, and cost. No hype. — What matters to us: Early team — you’ll help shape the technical foundation from the start. Engineers drive the product. Move fast on features, slow and deliberate on architecture. Strong judgment over raw speed. No leetcode interviews. No cargo-cult metrics. — The basics: Fully remote (US-only) FAANG+ pay bands + meaningful equity Top-tier health insurance Unlimited PTO (output over hours) — Who we’re hiring: Junior engineers / new grads You can already write real software and want to get much better, fast. You’re curious, proactive, and comfortable learning in a codebase where things actually ship. You want mentorship — but also expect to take responsibility and grow into owning meaningful pieces of the system. Mid-level engineers You can ship solid software and want more scope and ownership. You’re comfortable owning features end-to-end, raising the bar on quality, and learning fast as systems grow in complexity. You’re looking for a team that values good engineering judgment over titles, YOE, or excessive process. Senior / Principal engineers You’ve shipped and operated real systems and have lived with your design decisions — good and bad. You know how to balance velocity, operational excellence, and the highest engineering standards. You’re comfortable owning architecture, driving projects end-to-end, mentoring others, and making hard tradeoffs. Native AWS experience is required for this level. — Stack (experience not required): Go (primary) Zig (with Go) TypeScript + React AWS (CDK, real infra ownership) — Interested?
