If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice, it would be this: Learn to understand cash flow earlier than you think you need to. In production, growth is exciting. Buying new kit is exciting. Winning bigger projects is exciting. But scaling responsibly? It's this that really builds something of value and something that lasts.  Passion, grit and adaptability all matter.
