🏆 MIPIM Award 2026 for Europe’s largest timber-built logistics centre We are proud to see the BESTSELLER Logistics Centre West in Lelystad, the Netherlands, awarded the MIPIM Award 2026 in the “Best Industrial & Logistics” category. The MIPIM Awards are among the most prestigious international recognitions in the real estate industry and are presented each year during the MIPIM international real estate event in Cannes. This project will be Europe's largest timber-built logistics centre, showcasing how large-scale industrial buildings can combine functionality, sustainability, and high architectural quality. Spanning 155,000 m², the building incorporates over 23,600 m³ of mass timber and 40,900 m² of straw wall panels, which significantly reduces its carbon footprint while fostering a premium working environment. Over 40% of the site is dedicated to landscaping designed to enhance biodiversity.
