The project involves a 10,166 m² complex comprising student bedrooms and studios, all fitted with en-suite bathrooms to ensure comfort and privacy. The central courtyard, the carefully landscaped green spaces and over 775 m² of communal living and study areas give this student residence a setting that is modern, welcoming and functional. A place designed to promote the well-being, interaction and success of students.
