We are incredibly proud that Wickersley Partnership Trust has been named Highly Commended in the Wellbeing Trust of the Year category at the Optimus Education MAT Excellence Awards. This national recognition celebrates our whole-Trust approach to wellbeing, with wide-ranging support in place for both students and staff. For students, this includes trauma-informed practice, in-house counselling, access to specialist services, student voice, an inclusive enrichment offer and partnership work with Rotherham School Games. For staff, wellbeing is a key priority through our WPT Wellbeing Charter, which promotes healthy work-life boundaries, reduced workload, reward and recognition, and access to high-quality professional and health support. We were also shortlisted for the SEND Award, recognising the strength of our inclusive practice and support for students with additional needs.
