𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations. • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business objectives. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Represent WhyCrew at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. • 2-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲: • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, or offshoring solutions. • Established professional network within corporate sectors. • Experience managing sales teams. • Knowledge of sales automation and lead generation tools. • Experience with international markets and client acquisition.
