On 4 June, the Head of the WHO Country Office, Dr. Hande Harmancı, was invited to CBC FM Radio for an interview on the organization’s work in the country. The interview highlighted WHO’s support for strengthening Primary Health Care through the demonstration PROACT project in Shamakhi, as well as key developments in assistive technologies and rehabilitation, along with related policy reforms. Discussions also covered immunization activities, including the introduction of new vaccines, and implemented mental health initiatives in the liberated areas. Dr. Hande Harmancı also referred to recent presentations by the Ministry of Health on “Digital Care for Citizens’ Health: Medical Digital Twin System,” recognizing them as an important step forward in the digital transformation of the health system.
