Our Culture Code Connect: How we turn our values into action For a company culture to be successful, it needs to be embedded in the company's day-to-day life rather than only written down in a slide deck. That is exactly why our team came together in Munich and Warsaw to celebrate the culture we embody and further strengthen our core values. The day brought cross-functional teams together to tackle real-world business challenges designed around our culture code. Our code defines how we work together to achieve our ultimate ambition: becoming the Superbrand in Design. We operate not as a family bound by unconditional love, but as a high-performing team that plays to win, combining absolute trust and radical candour to push boundaries, take fast ownership, work creatively, and deliver exceptional results for our customers. In action, this saw teams pitching website growth levers, practicing radical candour, and designing viral social assets. Others tackled a strategic shopping sprint to optimise the customer experience, while our tech lab built configurator prototypes using AI and vibe-coding tools. A huge thank you to #TeamWestwing for your passion during our Culture Code sessions! It was amazing to see the groups in action, and we hope you enjoyed a different type of “day at the office”.
