How do we shape the next chapter for Westwing? Our 2026 Senior Leadership Conference brought Westwing's senior leaders together around exactly this question. They sharpened our strategy for the year ahead, turning ambition into concrete plans, and explored how AI and automation can bring fresh curiosity and trend sensibility to the way we work. The conference closed with an honest discussion on performance culture, exploring what it really takes to deliver exceptional results while leading with care and expertise, and how to foster our growth mindset - every single day. Beyond the sessions, it was the conversations in between that stayed with us most: individual perspectives, an international mix of teams, and the kind of exchange that only happens when personality meets purpose. A huge thank you to everyone for bringing so much energy and vision to these two days and for actively building Westwing into the Superbrand in Design.
