That’s why Westinghouse Americas Outage & Maintenance Services launched the Field Engineering Leadership Development Program (FELP): an 18-month, hands-on rotation built to accelerate the development of early-career engineers into field engineering leaders. Our first cohort is already supporting outages across multiple customer sites, and we’re now recruiting the next class for a July 2026 start. Building people is how we build performance.
