“We did this together.” From hospital hallways to the convocation stage, siblings Amaan and Jahaan Thawer turned family adversity into a shared passion for health equity. After supporting their mother through cancer treatment and a life-saving liver transplant at University Hospital, the siblings arrived at #WesternU wanting to make a difference.
