What a fun weekend at the California University of Science and Medicine! 👏 WesternU College of Podiatric Medicine alumna and faculty member Dr. Chandler Horstmeyer, DPM '18, joined a panel discussion with DPM 2029 students Alex Dayrit and Katherine Dasalla, along with professionals from colleges across WesternU, to share their journeys into healthcare and answer questions from attendees. After the panel, Dr. Horstmeyer led a hands-on Wound VAC Workshop, with Alex and Katherine helping participants learn wound vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) techniques. It was a great chance to get hands-on experience, ask questions, and learn from the team.
