Part of our LACA regional team visited Chile for a full agenda focused on customers, employees, and partners — reinforcing how we are bringing our Beyond strategy to life across Latin America. Together with the local team, we: - Inaugurated a new co-working space for our staff in Santiago, designed to foster collaboration and flexibility. - Held conversations with customers to better understand their needs and expectations. - Visited our own stores and conducted a market tour to gain a grounded view of the local retail ecosystem. - Met with key partners to strengthen ties with key allies and consolidate relationships with key audiences. As we mark 175 years of Western Union, we continue building the future of cross-border financial services alongside our teams, partners, and the communities we serve.
