We wanted to share a huge congratulations to Dr Lowell Bautista, who has recently won the prestigious Lieber Prize awarded by the American Society of International Law’s (ASIL) Lieber Society, for a co-authored article on levée en masse at sea published in the Journal of Conflict & Security Law (OUP). The Lieber Prize is awarded annually to authors of publications that the judges consider to be outstanding in the field of international humanitarian law (or the law of armed conflict) 👏 Congratulations Dr Bautista!
