We recently celebrated the opening of the Lang Walker AO Medical Research Building 🏥 This building is part of the Campbelltown Hospital redevelopment, delivering world-class research and healthcare for Macarthur and Western Sydney. The three-storey facility supports collaboration between leading researchers, clinicians, and industry partners, strengthening the region’s position as a key healthcare hub in NSW. Delivered through a partnership between Western Sydney University, Walker, South Western Sydney Local Health District, the Ingham Institute, and UNSW Sydney, the centre focuses on major health challenges including mental illness, diabetes, Indigenous and culturally diverse health, paediatrics, and addiction medicine.
