Every career has a Day 1. Since the start of 2026, we’ve welcomed more than 200 interns across WD, spanning the U.S., Denmark, Germany, India, Malaysia, China, Thailand, and Singapore. Our summer intern kickoff events were a reminder of what makes these experiences so meaningful: building connections, learning the business, and creating a sense of belonging from day one.   As one intern shared, "The entire learning and bonding experience with my colleagues and team was amazing.”   Please join us in celebrating and welcoming all our interns to WD.
