In March 2026, Westenberg Wind Tunnels had the privilege of delivering a presentation at the Colombian Meteorological Institute (IDEAM Colombia) in Bogotá. Our session focused on wind tunnel technology and the importance of reliable calibration methods for meteorological instruments. By emphasizing annual calibration of anemometers and wind direction indicators, we aim to support IDEAM in further optimizing data quality and ensuring accurate, consistent measurements.
