How was my 2024? Rewarding. It's been a little over a year of living SHEIN intensely. I can say that with every challenge I've overcome, a new one has arisen without much delay and that's what has made this journey interesting. This 2024 I can say was the apex. A change of area, team, leadership, goals and perspectives (the world turned). Being able to use all my experience, knowledge and skills to bring about major changes in the company was and is extremely exciting. And in the end, the recognition came in style: The best time results of all the WH Brazil operations and the best quality indexes of all the WH Brazil operations led me to win the “Operational Leadership Award” in the individual category and, together with my team, the “Best Operation Team” in the collective category. I really have to thank everyone (and there are many) because without them I wouldn't have taken even the first step on this new journey. In particular, I would like to thank Johnny Oliveira (my leader) who was the first to say “he can do it”. And also to my team Pablo Silva Rodrigo Moreira , Rogério Amaral Magri and Katia Chicaroni (and all of their respective teams) who gave their energy, focus and commitment to “making it happen” together with me. Come 2025. The pace is still strong and will increase! --------------------- Como foi meu 2024? Recompensador. São cerca um pouco mais de 1 ano vivendo SHEIN intensamente. Posso dizer que a cada desafio superado um novo surgiu sem muita demora e isso foi o que tornou essa jornada interessante. Neste 2024 posso dizer que foi o ápice. Mudança de área, de time, de liderança, de metas e de perspectivas (o mundo girou). Poder dispor de toda minha experiência, conhecimento e habilidades para promover grandes mudanças na empresa foi e esta sendo extremamente empolgante. E no fim o reconhecimento veio e em grande estilo: O melhor resultado de tempo de todas as operações WH Brasil e os melhores índices de qualidade de todas as operações WH Brasil me fizeram alcançar a premiação na categoria individual "Operational Leadership Award" e junto com meu time na categoria de coletiva "Best Operation Team". Eu tenho muito mesmo a a gradecer a todos (e são muitos) pois sem eles eu não teria dado nem o primeiro passo dessa nova jornada. Em especial quero muito agradecer ao Johnny (minha liderança) que foi o primeiro a dizer "ele consegue". E também ao meu time Pablo, Rodrigo, Magri e Katia (e a todos de seus respectivos times) que entregaram sua energia, foco e engajamento em "fazer acontecer" junto comigo. Vem 2025. O ritimo continua forte e vai aumentar!
