This framework just simplifies everything and makes planning an absolute breeze. This drill exposed the player to: Varied running speeds (building the lungs) 🫁 Low level technical work (building the player) ⚽ Low level movement actions (building the athlete) 🏃‍♀️ Low level decision making (building the brain) 🧠 3-4x4min blocks ⏱️ Video shows block 4, so fatigue setting in.
