After a rich and successful career as a midfielder with clubs such as RSC Anderlecht, Sint-Niklaas, Union, and Denderleeuw, I transitioned into youth development and scouting at Anderlecht. For many years, I was active as a youth coordinator and later as head scout, with a strong focus on Africa and South America. I had the privilege of discovering and mentoring players like Dieumerci Mbokani, Lucas Biglia, Nicolás Frutos, and many other talented prospects. Although I am officially retired, my passion for talent development remains as strong as ever.
