Wermuth Asset Management Supports Strategic Growth Financing for The Mobility House | zero emissions, zero cost and Environmental Monitoring – Advanced Solutions – Ellona   ·      Approximately 34% of TMH financing round and 25% of Ellona growth financing backed by WAM-led investor groups ·      Strategic investors support two European technology companies shaping the future of energy systems and infrastructure intelligence ·      WAM strengthens position as growth capital partner for Europe’s industrial transformation   9 June 2026 | Berlin Wermuth Asset Management (“WAM”) via Funds managed by Wermuth Investment Management (“WIM”), participated in two strategic growth financings supporting European technology companies operating at the intersection of electrification, artificial intelligence, and intelligent infrastructure:   Together with one of its investors, Green Gateway Fund participated in the latest C6 financing round with approximately 34% in Munich-based TMH, the leading platform for vehicle-to-grid integration (V2G), providing intelligent charging and energy management solutions.   In parallel, Green Growth Fund 2 structured and led, with approximately 25%, the latest financing round of Toulouse-based Ellona.io, a provider of AI-powered environmental and situational intelligence combined with automatic response systems.   In both transactions, WAM played a leading role in structuring the financing rounds and bringing together investors to support the companies’ next phase of growth.   “The Mobility House and Ellona operate in sectors that we believe will become increasingly important for Europe’s competitiveness over the coming decade,” said Jochen Wermuth, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Wermuth Asset Management. “Both companies address structural challenges facing Europe – from energy system resilience and electrification to AI-driven infrastructure intelligence. Its C6 financing round included strategic investors from the automotive, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including Mercedes-Benz, Alliance Ventures – the VC of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi – Mitsui, as well as Singapore Power and ComfortDelGro Groups from Singapore.   Ellona combines innovative AI and sensor technology with real-time environmental data analysis and immediate response management to help industrial operators, infrastructure providers, and cities optimize environmental performance and operations. Its shareholders include ADP Invest and Airbus Ventures. WAM led an Accelerated Book Building round -usually employed for bond market transactions - to close the round within a tight timeframe.
