This week in Bali was very special — joining the final run of the Deloitte Partners Leadership Mastership Program (#PLMP) run by Thayer Leadership. The highlight for me was connecting with many of my SEA colleagues. Despite our different cultures and perspectives, our common aspirations, struggles and experiences reminded me how similar we are in our passion, values, and spirit of partnership. One of my favorite games was Operation Island Knight where our team came in🥇! It also revealed how competitive my battle buddy Ngan Dang Mai Kim and I could get in all the games 😂 Fun aside, this trip was also a moment of reflection on my journey so far. Still very much a work in progress as a leader (and person) — but one small step at a time, I’m learning.
