We recently hosted our second Welcome to Wendy’s event of 2026 at our Restaurant Support Center, bringing together nearly 50 new employees hired this year. Over two days, they learned more about our history, connected with leaders and teammates, and got a closer look at how we bring the Wendy’s brand to life every day. The program is designed to equip our newest colleagues with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their roles. We're excited to welcome this group and see the impact they’ll make across the organization!
