π New Publication Out Now! "Diversity Responsive Education: A Vision and Approach for Powerful Learning for Every Student" π Iβm happy to share a newly published, short and highly readable article (available in English and Dutch!) that introduces an integral framework for diversity-responsive education. π‘ In todayβs classrooms, diversity isnβt an exception β itβs the norm. And when we embrace it fully, it becomes a powerful driver of learning and a cornerstone for a thriving, equitable society. This framework provides concrete guidance on what it means to make education truly diversity-responsive β in terms of mindset, pedagogy, and partnerships. It offers practical direction for teachers & teacher educators, and anyone committed to creating powerful learning opportunities for every student. It can also support programme leaders in aligning institutional vision and curricula with principles of equity and diversity. If youβre working toward more inclusive, equitable, and inspiring learning environments, this is for you: π https://lnkd.in/ggiUeSX5 π With many thanks to Benjamin Ponet, Karin Goosen, Jan De Mets, Jente De Coninck and Piet Van Avermaet as co-authors, and all educational professionals and colleagues of Steunpunt Diversiteit & Leren for the many discussions throughout the years that helped shape this framework. And of course, to Ed-ted and Tibo De Wever for making this publication possible.
