We're going all-in on AI at LI.FI. Most AI-adoption stories are engineering stories. Mine isn't. I run finance, ops, people, and legal across 130 people in 38 countries - the unglamorous side of any company. That's where this gets interesting. The strategy: hand everyone the tools, get out of the way. Rahul wrote it up here. What I'm watching: - how fast workflows that used to take days collapse to minutes - which ops processes survive AI, which get replaced, which get reinvented - what "fully AI-enabled" means for a finance team, not just for engineers I'll write what we actually learn - mistakes and all.
