📊 The results are in: Businesses want to electrify, and fast.  Following the second major energy shock in four years, businesses can no longer afford to rely on volatile fossil fuels. Data from our new global poll, in partnership with E3G and Global Renewables Alliance (GRA), shows that businesses see electrification as key to energy security, competitiveness, and economic growth. ⚡ 91% expect electrification to improve their energy security.  ⚡ 88% say electrification will make their business more competitive.  ⚡ 90% expect to have largely electrified their operations by 2035. However, the data reveals a critical bottleneck: 72% say government policy is moving too slowly on electrification. If governments can’t match current business ambition, then 62% of business leaders say they would consider moving operations to another country.
