WelbeHealth piloted our first New Supervisor Bootcamp this month! This new in‑person experience brings together newly hired and newly promoted people leaders as they step into one of the most important roles in our organization: leading and supporting our teams. Supervising others is both a privilege and a responsibility, and through this bootcamp, we’re helping new leaders build the mindsets, skills, and values that shape how we show up for our teams. Over the course of the program, new leaders explored the context behind PACE, WelbeHealth, and our mission, discussed what leadership looks like in practice, and worked through real situations they’ll encounter as supervisors. This experience also provided the opportunity to build relationships with peers across the organization, and learn directly from senior leaders who shared their perspectives and advice. A big thank you to the WelbeHealth leaders who joined as faculty and helped bring the experience to life!
