Last week, our apprentice Caroline Schwarz returned from her international internship at the Freie Universität Berlin Liaison Office in #Cairo.☀️ Caroline is training to become an event manager with a special interest in international communication. As the first apprentice in our institution to complete an internship of this kind, we are incredibly proud to have been able to offer her this exceptional learning experience. Over the course of one month, she worked closely with and learned from Hoda El Mahgoub, Director of the Liaison Office in Cairo, whom we would like to thank sincerely for making this experience possible. Together, they supported and coordinated the delegation visit of our University President, Prof. Günter M. Ziegler. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Heidi Bayoumy, Head of the International Department at Cairo University, Stefanie Ritter for her support with the #Erasmus+ grant application, and to all the wonderful people Caroline had the pleasure of meeting while working and traveling in the fascinating country of Egypt.🇪🇬 We hope Caroline’s experience will inspire future apprentices to follow in her footsteps and make the most of these formative years of professional and personal development.   #InternationalInternship #ErasmusPlus #InterculturalCommunication #Apprenticeship #GlobalExchange
